Please provide the following IRS Federal Tax Return information:

  • W-2: wages, income

  • 1099: income, interest, dividends, stocks, etc.

  • Brokerage statements: stock, bond or investment transactions

  • Closing statements (real estate transactions)

  • Form(s) 1098 (mortgage interest) and property tax statements

  • K-1: income / loss (partnerships, S Corporations, etc.)

  • Health Insurance statement: 1095 A, 1095-B) or 1095-C

  • All supporting documents (schedules, checkbooks, etc.)

  • Tax notices received from the IRS (or other taxing authorities)

Return your completed Tax Organizer to our office (via U.S. mail, email, SmartVault or drop off) by March 15, 2024 and enter to win a Starbucks gift card! Organizers and tax documents received after April 1 may require filing an extension with the IRS. If you think you will need an extension (included with our services) just let us know and we will file an extension with the IRS on your behalf --  giving you until October to file your tax return.

Where’s My Refund?  If you are still waiting for your 2020 tax refund, you’re not alone. The IRS is slow processing tax payments and refunds due to Economic Impact Payments. Visit www.IRS.gov to track your tax refund. We can confirm your tax return was indeed filed and accepted by the IRS.
